In 1835, the penniless and passionate 15-year-old, Thomas O'Connor, left Ireland aboard a ship bound for Texas. O'Connor was driven by the promise of opportunity and prosperity, and dreamt of building a new life in Texas. Many years later, the Braman family continues his legacy by producing high-end purebred seedstock on the land once settled by their ancestor.
